Private Treaty Sales
Private Treaty or negotiated sales are generally suited for situations in which the asset needs a very targeted approach to potential buyers. Assets sold via Private Treaty sale tend to be more specialized or complex than commodity type assets. In many situations we encounter there are only a handful of potential qualified buyers worldwide for a given set of assets. Redstone Moore Co. specializes in identifying these buyers and negotiating with them to achieve the maximum return for the seller.
Industrial Site Services
Our Industrial Site Services group works with clients on the buyer side and focuses on presenting "not to be missed" opportunities. Firms with a desire to expand production capacity, acquire new plants or make strategic bolt on acquisitions are among the types of clients we work with in our Site Services group.
Redstone Moore partners have years of experience in the dismantling and relocation of assets and manufacturing facilities. We utilize a worldwide network of rigging and dismantling contractors to disassemble and prepare assets for relocation. When operating in difficult to access locations we may employ a mobile crew to organize and supervise the project, while hiring local personnel to achieve cost savings. Our experience with bulky, oversize and heavy parcel transport can yield savings in both time and cost during the transport phase of the project. Our partners are also experienced in the import and export of bulk freight. Import duties and customs protocols vary greatly between countries and having chosen the proper project coordinator can really pay off during this phase of the project.
